Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Fragrances are considered personal care items, and thus, are not able to be returned.

We’ll happily replace any items that appear defective or damaged for the same item as long as we are notified of the defect within 24 hours of your delivery. If an exchange must be initiated, please contact us via our website form. A member of our happiness team will get back to you and you’ll be asked to send a photo at which point we’ll be in touch with next steps.

Our products do not come with medical claims regarding efficacy, and they have not undergone FDA evaluation intentionally as they are not to be used as medical products. As stated on our website and the accompanying box provided with legitimate orders, the product’s optimal effectiveness is tied to a specific mindset during application. Failure to adopt this mindset may impact its perceived effectiveness.

International Shipments

Please note that your local regulations regarding international shipments may prevent receipt or timely delivery (which can exceed two months) of your items. We are unable to guarantee that your package will make it through customs or that you will not be assessed any taxes/import fees by your country. That is also why we will specify “incense” to reduce theft.

If, for whatever reason, your package is returned to us in original unopened condition due to your country’s local regulations, we will be happy to refund you for the item minus shipping costs. We can also reattempt shipment (plus shipping costs) if you prefer.

Currently, we are only able to shop to Canada.

Fraudulent Purchase Claims

Please note that we take claims of fraudulent purchases very seriously and will report those making such claims in order to receive a nonexistent refund to their local police force. We have started off 2024 by doing so with Tehmina Syed, phone number 07757677823, IP address 2a05:87c6:1ae5:0:496e:fa5c:ff89:9483 (RIPE ISP). We have never fulfilled an order to the UK due to shipping restrictions for alcohol nor does order number 1014 exist. Tmina.syed@gmail.com made claims otherwise and will be reported to her local jurisdiction for fraud. Attempts to engage in such fraudulent activities like Tehmina will prompt immediate reporting to law enforcement, resulting in a formal police report. Please don’t be like Tehmina. It is not just immoral, it is illegal.

You are welcome to file a nonexistent chargeback if you feel the product you did not purchased “did not work” but should refer to the first line of this Return Policy as our policy only replies to unopened products even if you did make legitimate purchase. As health and beauty products, perfumes can’t be returned globally. Try it at your local Harrod’s and see how that goes over, Tehmina.
